This was my first engagement session in a LONG time and man, did it feel good. Despite the fact that it was a gazillion degrees out and we were sweating and getting eaten alive by the bugs pretty early on, it was such a fun evening.

I met Emily and Nikk at Petrie Island where we walked around and tried to stay cool and away from the crowds. We’ve definitely been experiencing a heat wave here in Ottawa, and there were definitely lots of families at the beach trying to beat the heat.
