I don’t even know where to start with this girl…my heart is just so full! I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know this beautiful soul over the last year and I’m so happy to call her one of my friends. She’s the type of gal who brings you a Suzy Q doughnut when you’re sick, treats you to a delicious Whalesbone dinner, and who somehow reads your mind and your body and gives you exactly what you need in each and every yoga class. And that was all just this week!

Brittany has quickly become one my best friends and favourite yoga teachers. She is so passionate about what she does and it shows in each and every class. From her wicked playlists to her well thought out sequences, you leave feeling refreshed, more knowledgeable, and with a better appreciation of your body.

I had the pleasure of taking this gal’s photo, on the farm, where she lives with her man who is a farmer himself. You can just see how at home she is in the middle of the country. Take a peek at this beauty!
