Guys, it was seriously one of the coldest days ever. But, this Ottawa arboretum winter engagement session did not disappoint.

Under normal circumstances, we probably would have looked into rescheduling, but Christina and Jackson were only available over the holidays as they are from out of town and are back in school after the new year. So we sucked it up, and acknowledged that it probably wouldn’t be the longest of engagement sessions, but we would do our best to get ‘er done.

Christina and Jackson brought along their adorable dog, Button.  He didn’t complain about the cold once. Trooper!

I don’t know how these two managed to look so adorable…I was frozen solid. But somehow the little bit of sunshine that was still left kept them warm and smiling.

Can’t wait for their wedding next summer, at Jackson’s parents’ camp! It’s going to be such a perfect celebration!

Until then, stay cozy friends! xo
