Happy 2017 friends! Another year gone by…I hope 2016 was one to remember, reflect on and learn from.

I thought I’d start off 2017 by showing you my client meeting space. After years of meeting clients at the local Starbucks, having to arrive 30mins before our meeting to find a spot tucked away in a quiet corner (sometimes unsuccessfully), cleaning off the crumby table, fighting off other customers who thought I was hoarding tables and chairs, and trying to create a cozy environment, it was time.

It has been a dream of mine for YEARS to have a space at home where I can welcome clients. A space where couples can cozy up together on the couch, drink tea, and flip through sample wedding albums. It’s warm and inviting, candles lit, music playing (I’m basically just trying to woo you) and we can take the time getting to know one another while not having to feel rushed with a Starbucks full of customers fighting to find the next open table.

Here is where it all begins. As we sip some delicious Davids Tea, we talk about how you met, how long you’ve been together, your proposal story, and what you like to do together on the weekends. I want to hear about it all. Every detail, big or small, helps me get to know you as a couple. Down the road, when we get together again for your engagement photos, I already have the inside scoop on what makes you smile.
