Last month, I had the pleasure of photographing my friend Sam’s family in their awesome backyard paradise and in the school yard down the road where both Sam and her sister went to elementary school. I love keeping it close to home! It adds such a personal element to the shoot and puts everyone just a little bit more at ease…because lets face it – no one feels comfortable having their picture taken for an extended period of time.  But these guys got right in to it, and in no time, we forgot there was a camera and had a blast!

Can I point out how well dressed they are??!! Coordinated, but not matchy-matchy. It’s an art. And they’ve mastered it!
