This wedding holds such a special place in my heart! Cat is a dear friend, colleague and teacher of mine…one I have had the pleasure of getting to know more and more over the last few years. We work together at Yogatown and have talked nothing but weddings for the last few months. While it felt like a lifetime ago that she told me she was engaged…it really hasn’t been that long! But enough about me…

Cat and Simon’s story is so fairy tale like – they were introduced by a mutual friend, immediately fell in love, then moved in together, got engaged and married…all pretty much within a year. While everyone cautioned Cat to take her time and not rush into things…it is so obvious to everyone that they are just meant for each other.

Cat’s smile lit up the room on her wedding day. Seriously, her happiness, love, and excitement was contagious.

Cat and Simon were married on a rainy winter day (who would have expected rain?!) at Temples Sugar Bush surrounded by their closest family and friends. The rain could not have dampened their spirits one bit! Here are a few of my favourite photos from their winter wedding!
