Tim and I are privileged enough to have good friends who recently bought a cottage and who are more than happy to have us join them up there for a little weekend getaway every so often (…or every weekend). With every new property comes a lot of work…and last week’s project was to build a new dock in an effort to catch as many evening rays before the sunsets. Brains, beers, and tool belts = the most beautiful dock you have ever seen! The boys spent all of Saturday building the dock only to realize that…it was too heavy to lift down to the water. So…Sunday morning, they took a saw to it and split it in half. Yikes. I decided to step in and document the rest of it…cause the fun ain’t over, folks!
