Last month, I had the honour of capturing Jordan propose to Kaytie in the market on a hot summer’s evening. I did my best to be a fly on the wall as he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him…even I was teary-eyed and I had never met the couple before!

Jordan found me through Flytographer, a vacation photography service, that specializes in capturing couples, proposals and families in cities around the world. Jordan and I emailed back and forth to plan the perfect proposal for Kaytie, down to the specifics of the location, positioning and time of day.

Right on time, Kaytie and Jordan wandered into the courtyard together, stopped underneath the arch way to look around, and as planned, Jordan got down on one knee and proposed to Kaytie.

Jordan proposed with a Neil Lane ring – my Bachelor fans…you know how cool that is! What a gorgeous ring!

Jordan and Kaytie met in teacher’s college at Ottawa University a few years back and now live in Regina where they both teach! Jordan really wanted to propose in Ottawa where they first met! Cuuuuute!
