You may remember these two from their wedding last spring at the Glebe Community Centre. Vanessa is an old colleague of mine from my days at CHEO, my office mate, my go-to gal for things like wedding planning, Bachelor recaps, and all things wine and cheese.

I remember meeting her and another friend of ours, Elizabeth, for dinner one evening back in March. The server came over to take our drink order and when Vanessa asked for water, I knew immediately she was pregnant. This girl lives for a good glass of vino with dinner, so it was a dead giveaway!

Vanessa and Evan have since welcomed their baby girl Briar into the world, and I had the pleasure of taking her photo last week at her newborn session. Stay tuned for photos!
