Fall wedding at Britannia Yacht Club in Ottawa

I met Stephanie on a beautiful, yet cool, fall day at Bridgehead for coffee last year. Our mutual yogi friend, Brittany, recommended she meet with me to chat wedding photography! I instantly felt like we clicked, like our conversation was effortless and that I really, really wanted to photograph her wedding. I had just recently photographed a wedding at the Britannia Yacht Club, where Stephanie and Mark were scheduled to be married about one year from that time. It’s such a gorgeous venue, and I knew that a fall wedding at the Britannia Yacht Club would be pure magic.

As luck would have it, Steph and Mark booked me to photograph their wedding a week later!

Fall wedding at the Britannia Yacht Club

It was probably one of the most gorgeous fall days in October. The sun was shining, it was warm, there was a light breeze rolling in from the water. The day started off with the girls getting ready at Stephanie’s parents home in Westboro.

Leslie Anne Barrett did some such an amazing job on all the girls makeup. They looked flawless!

The ceremony

After the girls were beautified and ready to go, we headed to the Britannia Yacht Club for this beautiful fall wedding!

Following the ceremony, we took advantage of the beautiful weather and explored the grounds of the Britannia Yacht Club for photos of the wedding party and the couple.

The reception

Onto dinner, dancing, speeches and so many laughs!
