A few weeks ago, I spent the weekend in Morrisburg – a sleepy little town that sits on the edge of the St-Lawrence Seaway. You instantly feel relaxed and at ease there.
Maybe it’s because there isn’t much to do there…or maybe it’s because this quaint little town offers an escape from the hustle bustle of city life. Either way, it offered up a peaceful Sunday morning…without a worry in the world.

The calm winter morning allowed for some peace and quiet. Don’t get me wrong – I love being surrounded by those I love. But there’s something so refreshing about taking time for yourself…crossing paths with 1 or 2 people, and hearing nothing but the soft movement of the wind across the water.

….it makes you appreciate the time you have to yourself a whole lot more…
