Last weekend, I visited Montreal in a whole new fashion. Rather than spend the weekend at a hotel, in downtown Montreal, I had the opportunity to stay in my cousin’s quaint apartment in Outremont. While it rained for most of the weekend, I was still able to see Montreal in a whole new light.

Montreal, for me, used to be the party capital of Canada. The odd weekend spent in Montreal was never spent touring and taking in the sights…but this time was different. I had not been back to Montreal since photography school and was surprised to find a whole new city. One with so much character, inner beauty, and elegance.
